Our terms in plain English
We keep this simple. Here's what you can expect from us.
The price
- A one-off £499 to build your website.
- Then £29 a month for hosting and care.
Cancelling
- You can cancel the £29 a month plan at any time. Just give us 30 days' notice by replying to any of our emails.
- There's no cancellation fee.
- After your first month there's no minimum term. It's month to month.
If you're not happy with your website
- We'll show you the first version. If you'd like changes, we'll do one round of changes.
- If you're still not happy, we'll refund the £499 within 14 days of showing you the site, before it goes live.
- Once your website is live, the £499 isn't refundable, because the work has been delivered.
Your domain (website address)
- Your domain is included. The first year is covered by the £499, and renewals are covered by the £29 a month.
- A .com or premium name costs extra.
- The domain is registered in your own name.
Your booking calendar
- Setting up your Cal.com booking calendar is included in the £499. We set it up on your own free account and show you how it works.
If you leave
- You keep your website files and your domain. We'll give you the files and help you move your domain.
- Hosting stops at the end of your 30 days' notice.
